WATER QUALITY MONITORING

HydroPlus GIS for ArcPad, developed by Electronic Data Solutions, allows water resource managers to record Hydrolab multiparameter water quality data, at user defined point locations, directly into a GIS. HydroPlus supports the continuous display of water quality and GPS data in ArcPad. Point locations can be created using GPS, based on current locations or by simply tapping the touch screen with the current line of water quality data appended to it. The data is stored in DBF format and can be imported into other programs such as Excel or Seveno's DataSightTM or Lakewatch for further analysis and graphing.
